You will have to pay toll charges using the CashCard which you use to pay Electronic Road Pricing (ERP) charges.

You can buy a CashCard at:

i)
 any DBS, OCBC and UOB bank branches ;
ii)
 7-Eleven and Cheers convenience stores ; and
iii)
 selected petrol stations.

 

Paying in Cash

You will have to pay in cash if you:

are detected using an expired CashCard
are detected using an faulty CashCard
are detected using a CashCard with insufficient value
arrive at Woodlands or Tuas Checkpoint without a CashCard

 

If you pay in cash, you will have to pay an additional administration fee of S$10.

 

Faulty CashCard

If you are detected using a faulty CashCard, you will have to pay tolls in cash. There is no administration fee charged for this case.

For Refund of CashCard, please proceed to :

 
 Any ATM of DBS, POSBank, OCBC and UOB for an immediate refund.
 
Alternatively, you can complete a CashCard Refund form.

Place the faulty CashCard in the Refund envelope together with the completed form and deposit it at the CashCard Refund Box at any bank branches of DBS, OCBC and UOB. For more information, call NETS at Tel: 6274 1322.
