The LTA Service Charter articulates our commitment to building a people-centred land transport system. We promise to Keep Your World Moving through excellent service and smooth journeys and do our best to understand our customers’ needs.

We have established these service standards to deliver quality service that is reliable, accurate, prompt and underpinned by mutual respect. We will strive to meet these standards and in the event we need more time, we will let you know.

  • Answer calls within 40 seconds
  • Attend to 80% of customers within 15 minutes from the scheduled appointment time
  • Reply to simple email feedback/enquiries within 3 working days
  • Reply to complex email feedback/enquiries within 3 calendar weeks
