	Singapore citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident
	Outstanding GCE 'O' & 'A' Level / Diploma results
	Outstanding University results (for current undergraduates)
	Good track record of co-curricular activities

Conditions of Award

Successful applicants for the Scholarship Awards will be required to serve a 4 to 6 years' bond (Undergraduate) or 2 to 3 years' bond (Postgraduate) with LTA, depending on whether the scholars are studying at local or overseas universities.

Career Development

LTA scholars will undergo learning and development programme that includes postings to various divisions for exposure to different areas of work.
