Your Autopass Card is non-transferable as it is
encoded with your vehicle's registration number and insurance/road
tax expiry date.
If you have bought a new vehicle, you cannot use the Autopass Card
of your old vehicle for your new vehicle. You will need to purchase another Autopass Card for your new vehicle
Similarly, if your family owns more than one vehicle, you will
need to purchase an Autopass Card for each of the vehicle.
You will need to insert your Autopass Card for the vehicle which you are driving into the card reader installed at the immigration booths to register the vehicle's entry and exit records.

Before leaving Singapore, you are required to
top up your Autopass Card in Singapore with sufficient cash value to pay your VEP fees,
toll charges (where applicable) and ERP fees (if applicable) at Woodlands or Tuas Checkpoint.
You can top up your Autopass Card at the following
locations in Singapore:
A service fee is charged by the service provider
for each top-up.
There will be an administrative fee of S$10
imposed if you pay VEP fees, toll charges and/or ERP charges
in cash at any Woodlands and Tuas checkpoints.

| If you discover that your Autopass
Card is faulty at the checkpoint,

pay the VEP fees and
toll charges in cash in Singapore dollars |
Please
note that there is no penalty for faulty Autopass Cards. If
you are leaving Singapore, please get an Autopass Card upon your next visit to Singapore.
You can replace your faulty Autopass Card at the LTA
office at 10 Sin Ming Drive. |

Your Autopass Card is valid for five years. There are three ways
to check if your Autopass Card has expired:

Log on to 'http://www.nets.com.sg/netscashcardservices/',
click on 'Check CashCard Expiry Online' icon and enter the 16-digit
number on the back of your card; |

Send an SMS to 66888
stating 'Expiry' <16-digit Autopass number>. Please send
an SMS to 02-66888 if you are in Malaysia. |

Approach our officer
at VEP/toll office in Woodlands or Tuas Checkpoint for assistance. |
If your Autopass Card has passed its validity period,
you can continue to use it until the cash balance is used up. However, you will not be able to top up your expired
Autopass Card.
Please purchase a new Autopass Card if your current card is nearing its validity date soon.

| You can apply for refund of Autopass
Card at VEP/Toll offices of Woodlands and Tuas checkpoints or at the LTA office at
10, Sin Ming Drive.
The original Autopass Card, a photocopy of the passport / NRIC of the vehicle's owner and
a photocopy of the vehicle registration card or insurance certificate must be submitted at the point of refund application. Please note that Autopass card refund processing
is not possible if the card is lost or not submitted at the point of your refund
application.
All refund applicants have to complete a refund
application form. You will get a duplicate carbon copy for your record.
Alternatively, you may write in to us with your Autopass Card and
the supporting documents enclosed in a sealed envelope and mail to 10 Sin Ming Drive
Singapore 575701. You are advised to use registered mail. Please note that the Authority
will not be liable for any loss during the postage. Please note that Autopass Card refund
processing is not possible if the card is lost or not submitted at the point of your refund
application.

You can transfer the remaining cash value stored in your Autopass
Card to a new Autopass Card at the Autopass top-up booths located
along Woodlands Centre Road and Jalan Ahmad Ibrahim. A service fee
is charged by the service provider for each cash balance transfer.
Alternatively, you can apply for a refund of
your Autopass Card at VEP / Toll offices of Woodlands and Tuas checkpoints
or at the LTA
office at 10 Sin Ming Drive.

| If you lose your Autopass Card, you
are advised to report the loss promptly to the Singapore Police or Malaysia Police,
depending on where you lost the card.
If the card was lost
in Singapore, you have to produce the original copy of your Police report at LTA's
office located at 10 Sin Ming Drive. If the card was lost
outside Singapore, you have to produce the original copy of your Police report
to our officer at the the Woodlands or Tuas Checkpoint on your arrival.
You also have to purchase a new Autopass Card at S$10 for your
vehicle at VEP/ Tolls offices in secondary clearance areas at the arrival zones
of Woodlands or Tuas Checkpoint the next time you drive the vehicle into Singapore.

Each foreign-registered vehicle is
granted a Vehicle Entry Permit, which is encoded in the Autopass Card.
The
vehicle has a VEP grace period of 14 days from the date of entry or last extension
of grace period.
If you wish to keep your vehicle here for
more than 14 days, please drive your vehicle to LTA's office at 10, Sin Ming Drive to extend your
VEP grace period before it expires.
Please bring along your
Autopass Card, vehicle's registration card and vehicle's valid insurance certificate for the extension of VEP grace period.
Please note that it is an offence for a foreign-registered vehicle to overstay in Singapore beyond 14 days
from the date of last entry or last extension, if no further extension is granted.
