Welcome to the COE Open Bidding User Guide. Here we will show you the different ways that you can submit a bid, enquire about your bid, or revise your reserve price. The open bidding system is designed to be more transparent, faster and easier for you to submit your bid. The table opposite shows the facilities that are available for you to submit your bids.

You can submit bids using DBS ATMs, Citibank and UOB's Internet Banking facilities or phone banking facilities by Citibank or OCBC. You must, however, have a bank account with these four participating banks.

Enquiries on your bid can be done through Citibank and UOB's Internet Banking, phone banking by Citibank or OCBC, the LTA Open Bidding Phone System at 6362 1465 or on the LTA Open Bidding Website at http://ocoe.lta.gov.sg. For general enquiries of COE prices by non-bidders, please refer to Teletext or http://www.onemotoring.com.sg
