You can submit a bid through the ATM by following these simple steps:
Step 1:	Insert your ATM card and enter your PIN. Select "Electronic COE Bidding"
Step 2:	Select the account type from which to debit your funds for the fixed deposit and the transaction fee.
Step 3:	If you agree to all terms of application and conditions and agree to give your name, NRIC number and bid details to LTA, press 'Submission', if not, press 'Cancel'.
Step 4:	Select the vehicle category that you wish to bid for.
Step 5:	You will then see details of the bidding process. Key in your bid.
Step 6:	Check the details such as the bid category and the reserve price.
Step 7:	If your bid has been approved, the ATM will print your receipt. You can terminate the service now or request for another transaction.
If your bid has been rejected, the ATM will display the reason and also print a receipt. If the ATM is unable to process your bid within the stipulated time, you will be informed through a message shown on the screen of the ATM.
