The LTA Phone System is very easy to use. Through it you can enquire about your bid status and, if necessary, revise your reserve price. All you need is a touch-tone phone. Call in and listen to the options available. Choose the option you need and then press the appropriate number. You will be guided through each step.

At any time during your call you may terminate your call by either pressing 9 or hanging up. You can also return to the main menu pressing 8, or get help by pressing 0.

Please note that you must key-in the same bidder ID that had been used at the point of your bid submission.
