- Woodleigh (NE11) station along the North East Line (NEL) will be opened at a later date.
- Damai (PE7) station along the Punggol LRT's east loop will be opened at a later date.
- Cheng Lim (SW1) and Kupang (SW3) stations along the Sengkang LRT's west loop will be opened at a later date.
- Service at Punggol LRT's west loop will commence at a later date.
- Circle Line (CCL) ,Boon Lay Extension (BLE) and Downtown Line 1 are under construction.
- Bukit Brown Station along the CCL is a shell station, and will not be operational when CCL opens.
- Construction for the Downtown Line 1 (DTL1) commenced on 12 Feb 2008. Its schematic profile, station names as well as alpha-numeric and end-destination codes are subject to confirmation.
