From 1 September 2004, business enterprises who wish to participate in LTA's tenders and quotations will have to do so electronically, unless otherwise indicated, through the Government Electronic Business System (GeBIZ). Tenderers/ Suppliers are encouraged to register as GeBIZ Trading Partners (GTPs).

Information on how to register as a trading partner and the subscription fee can be found on the GeBIZ website.
