From 31 July 2019, members of public who encounter errant Personal Mobility Device (PMD) or Power-Assisted Bicycle (PAB) users who are speeding, riding recklessly, or seen in locations they are not permitted in (e.g. Pedestrian Overhead Bridges) can report the incident directly to the Land Transport Authority (LTA) via the MyTransport.SG mobile application. Mobile CCTVs will also be rotated across different hotspot locations on public paths and roads, as part of an 18-month trial rollout. Please refer to the attached news release for further details.

The MyTransport.SG app was first launched in 2011 to provide commuters with real-time transport information to help them better plan their journeys. To date, the app has received more than 3.5 million downloads. For more details, please refer to the attached reply.

The Land Transport Authority (LTA) today launched a new beta version of the MyTransport.SG mobile application (MTM app) which has been refreshed as part of efforts to leverage data and technology for smarter transport solutions.
