LTA has developed an Active Mobility Design Guide and Checklist in collaboration with the Singapore Institute of Architects (SIA) and Association Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES). 

To facilitate LTA's review industry professionals must refer to the Mobility Design Guide when preparing all development submissions. Industry professionals must also complete and submit the Active Mobility Checklist, and incorporate all relevant Active Mobility related items into the first Layout Plan (Development Control Plan) Submission to LTA.

• The Active Mobility Design Guide for Development Submissions (PDF, 1.95MB) provides comprehensive design guidelines for Active Mobility related elements, that are meant to shape a more conducive and safer environment for walking and cycling.
• The Active Mobility Checklist for Layout Plan (Development Control Plan) Submissions (DOC, 144kB) outlines the list of Active Mobility related items to be incorporated into development submissions.
