We refer to Mrs Manjari Lahiri’s letter, "Govt e-services must be 24/7" (The Straits Times, 27 August 2012).
We would like to clarify that the public can access the OneMotoring website on a 24-hour basis.
To provide a complete one-stop service for our users, several of LTA’s e-services require integration with key external systems. The public can access its e-services from 6am to 12 midnight. After midnight, the e-services are closed to the public as we update all vehicle-related records. This period coincides with the period of lowest website traffic to minimise disruption to users.
