Temporary road closure at KPE tunnel

Road Announcements 21 Nov 2014

To facilitate tunnel works at Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway (KPE) tunnel, the following sections of the expressway will be temporarily closed to traffic from 12.00am to 05.00am:

Use Fort Rd Exit to Mountbatten Road and enter KPE Tunnel via Sims Ave

KPE (ECP) [Exit 2A] to Nicoll Highway

24 and 28 Nov 2014

To continue journey to MCE (AYE), use Exit 2C to Sims Ave, Nicoll Highway, Esplanade Drive and enter MCE through Marina Boulevard.
 

To continue journey to ECP (Changi) Use Exit 2C to Sims Ave and continue along Sims Way, Mounbattern Road and enter ECP (Changi) from Fort Road.

PIE (Tuas) [Exit 12] to KPE (ECP)

Use Kallang Bahru / Bendemeer Road to Geylang Lorong 1, Sims Way, Mountbatten Road and enter MCE via Fort Road.

PIE (Changi) to KPE (ECP)

Use Sims Way to Mountbatten Road and enter MCE via Fort Road.

KPE (TPE) [Exit 5] to Upper Paya Lebar Road

26 Nov 2014

Use Exit 2B to PIE (Changi), and take Paya Lebar Road exit to Paya Lebar Road and Upper Paya Lebar Road. Or Use KPE (TPE) [Exit 6] to Bartley Road East and U-turn at junction of Airport Rd / Bartley Rd to continue on Airport Rd towards Eunos and Paya Lebar.

Airport Road to KPE (ECP)

Use Paya Lebar Road to enter PIE (Tuas), and take Exit 12 to KPE (ECP).

Nicoll Highway to KPE (TPE)

Use Sims Ave to enter KPE(TPE).

KPE (ECP) [Exit 1] to ECP (Changi)

Use Exit 2C to Sims Ave, Sims Way, Mountbatten Rd and enter ECP towards Changi direction via Fort Rd.

Use Exit 9A to Tampines Road, Hougang Ave 3 and Airport Road.

Airport Road to KPE (TPE)

Use Hougang Ave 3 to Tampines Road and KPE (TPE).

Motorists are advised to drive carefully and follow the directional signs on display.
