Temporary Closure Along Keppel Road, Keppel Viaduct and MCE

Road Announcements 04 Feb 2014

As part of the widening works for Keppel Road, Keppel Viaduct and MCE, the following roads will be temporarily closed to traffic from 1am to 5am daily:

Slip Road to Keppel Road from MCE(AYE)- Exit 1A

6 and 7 February 2014

Route 1 – Use Prince Edward Road (MCE Exit 1) to Shenton Way. Turn right to Keppel Road.

Route 2 – Use AYE (Exit 2A) to Keppel Road (Telok Blangah Road). U-turn at Keppel Road/Kampong Bahru Road Junction to Keppel Road (Shenton Way)

b)  Slip road from Keppel Road to Keppel Flyover [AYE(Tuas)]- Route 1 only

7 and 10 February 2014

Route 1 - Use Cantonment Link to Cantonment Road. Turn left turn to Neil Road and use Jalan Bukit Merah Road/Lower Delta Road to AYE (Tuas).

Route 2 - Use Cantonment Link to Cantonment Road. Turn left turn to Neil Road and use Kampong Bahru Road to Telok Blangah.

Keppel Road (towards MCE) after West Coast Highway to Cantonment Link

6, 7 and 10 February 2014

Route 1- Exit AYE(MCE) at Exit 3 and turn left to Lower Delta Road and use Jalan Bukit Merah to Kg Bahru Road. Turn right to Blair Road for Spottiswoode Park Road and Cantonment Link.

Route 2- Use Keppel Viaduct and exit MCE (Exit 2) to Central Blvd. Turn left to Shenton Way and use Keppel Road to Cantonment Link or Spottiswoode Park Road.

Route 1- Use the slip road to AYE(Tuas) and exit AYE(Tuas) at Exit 3. Turn right to Lower Delta Road and use Jalan Bukit Merah to Kg Bahru Road. Turn right to Blair Road for Spottiswoode Park Road and Cantonment Link.

Route 2- Use the up-ramp for Keppel Viaduct and exit MCE (Exit 2) to Central Blvd. Turn left to Shenton Way and use Keppel Road to Cantonment Link or Spottiswoode Park Road.

Directional and information signs will be placed in advance of the road closure area to inform and guide motorists. Motorists are advised to drive safely.
