Full train services on the North East Line resumed at 7.20am this morning in both directions. In total, 19 trains are running at headways of five minutes.

SBST also deployed an additional 110 buses for free shuttle services along the affected NEL corridor.

Earlier, island wide free bus services were activated for all passengers. Singapore Examinations and Assessment Board has also given candidates the assurance that they will be given the full duration allocated for the examination. The Board further assured that no candidate will be penalized for being late today.
