Bidding for car registration numbers 1 to 9999 in the SLA series will start from 4.30pm on 31 December 2015 (Thursday) to 4.30pm on 6 January 2016 (Wednesday). Interested members of the public are invited to submit their bids at LTA, 10 Sin Ming Drive, Level 1, Customer Service Centre, Singapore 575701. The e-lobby’s operating hours is from 6.00am to midnight daily, including weekends and public holidays.
Bids can be submitted during these hours
Thursday: 4.30pm to midnight
Friday to Tuesday: 6am to midnight
Wednesday: 6am to 4.30pm
The minimum bid amount is $1,000/-. Offer higher than $1,000/-shall be in multiples of $1/-. Bid amount must be made in full in the form of Cashier’s Order only and made payable to the Land Transport Authority or LTA. Payments by cheque will not be accepted. All bids must be made on prescribed forms and envelopes that can be obtained from:

Each registration number will be suffixed with a letter of the English alphabet. The numbers can only be used for registration of new car or replacement of existing car registration numbers in an individual’s or company’s name. Successful bidders will not be allowed to transfer the car registration number. Further details on the bidding procedures can be found in the prescribed bid form.
The registration numbers and their suffixes are available for viewing at the notice board located at LTA, 10 Sin Ming Drive, Level 1, Customer Service Centre, Singapore 575701 and online at the ONE.MOTORING website (http://www.onemotoring.com.sg).
Bid results will also be available on the ONE.MOTORING website online enquiry service (http://www.onemotoring.com.sg) from 4.00pm on 14 January 2016 (Thursday). Bidders may start using the successful bid number from 15 January 2016 (Friday).
