Opening of Buroh Flyover and Commissioning of Signalised Pedestrian Crossing at West Coast Highway

The Land Transport Authority (LTA) has completed the construction of Buroh Flyover at West Coast Highway across Jalan Buroh and a new signalised pedestrian crossing near Japanese Secondary School, underneath the new flyover. Both flyover and pedestrian crossing will be opened to traffic on Saturday, 19 November 2016 at 05:00am.

Motorists travelling from West Coast Road/ West Coast Highway towards Clementi Road and City will be able to utilize the flyover to by-pass the traffic junction at the Buroh Circus. Similiarly, motorists travelling along West Coast Highway towards West Coast Road, Jurong Town Hall Road and AYE will able be able to utilize the new flyover to by-pass the traffic light junction at Buroh Circus.

After the opening of the new flyover, we will converting the existing roundabout to a signalized cross junction.

Directional and information signs will be displayed prominently in advance along the affected road.

Motorists are advised to drive carefully when approaching the said signalized junction.
