- In the spirit of Yuletide, the Land Transport Authority (LTA) in collaboration with public transport operator SBS Transit has launched a Christmas-themed train on the North East Line.
- From today until 31 December, commuters can catch the ‘Winter Wonderland’ train decorated in ice-blue and silver colours, as part of LTA’s efforts to improve the commuting experience and foster a positive commuter culture.
- This year, the festivities have been extended beyond trains to Dhoby Ghaut Station. The concourse area has been decorated in a similar theme, so that commuters transiting between rail lines can soak in the Christmas holiday atmosphere.
