4.  Mr Chew Men Leong, LTA’s Chief Executive, said, “The Bulim bus package marks the start of the bus contracting model. We would like to assure commuters that LTA, Tower Transit Singapore, SBS Transit and SMRT are working together tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure that the transition is as smooth as possible.”

5.  Mr Andrew Bujtor, Managing Director of Tower Transit Singapore, said, “We keep a countdown timer running on the screens in our depot. It is in the canteen, so when we catch a breath, have our meals or even have a quick stress-relieving game of table tennis, it is always on our minds. The result is, we have been extremely focused and we are now in a very good position in terms of manpower and operational readiness. I am proud of the tremendous job our team has done so far in getting us to the starting line. When we finally hit the road, our promise is that with the release of each tranche, each bus and each trip, we will continue to get better and more intuitive in serving our commuters.”
