Bidding for car registration numbers 1 to 9999 in the SLE series will start from 8.00am on 27 May 2016 (Friday) to 4.30pm on 1 June 2016 (Wednesday). Interested members of the public are invited to submit their bids at LTA, 10 Sin Ming Drive, Level 1, Customer Service Centre, Singapore 575701. The e-lobby’s operating hours is from 6.00am to midnight daily, including weekends and public holidays.
Bids can be submitted during these hours
Friday: 8am to midnight
Saturday to Tuesday: 6am to midnight
Wednesday: 6am to 4.30pm
The minimum bid amount is $1,000/-. Offer higher than $1,000/-shall be in multiples of $1/-. Bid amount must be made in full in the form of Cashier’s Order only and made payable to the Land Transport Authority or LTA. Payments by cheque will not be accepted. All bids must be made on prescribed forms and envelopes that can be obtained from:

Each registration number will be suffixed with a letter of the English alphabet. The numbers can only be used for registration of new car or replacement of existing car registration numbers in an individual’s or company’s name. Successful bidders will not be allowed to transfer the car registration number. Further details on the bidding procedures can be found in the prescribed bid form.
The registration numbers and their suffixes are available online at the OneMotoring website (https://onemotoring.lta.gov.sg).
Bid results will also be available on the OneMotoring website online enquiry service (https://onemotoring.lta.gov.sg) from 4.00pm on 9 June 2016 (Thursday). Bidders may start using the successful bid number from 10 June 2016 (Friday).
