1. A series of road closures affecting the Marina Centre area will take place from 14 September 2016 to 20 September 2016 to facilitate the setting up and dismantling of the race infrastructure.
2. Affected roads will be closed from 12.01am, 14 September (Wednesday) to facilitate the set up of race infrastructure.  When the race is completed, affected roads will reopen progressively and all roads will be fully accessible by 5.30am, 20 September (Tuesday).
3. Motorists can use the following stretch of roads during the morning peak hours:

Wednesday and Thursday (14 & 15 September), from 5.30am to 9.30am

a)      Towards Orchard Road:

·         Collyer Quay >> St Andrew’s Road >> Stamford Road

·         Nicoll Highway >> Stamford Road

b)      Towards Shenton Way:

·         Nicoll Highway >> Esplanade Drive

c)      Towards Marina Boulevard:

·         Republic Boulevard >> Temasek Ave >> Bayfront Avenue

Friday (16 September), from 5.30am to 9.30am

a)      Towards Orchard Road:

4. Motorists, including private hire cars, can access the developments and shopping centres in the Marina Centre area through a single-lane road from Nicoll Highway and Temasek Boulevard at the following times (except for buses and vehicles with W, X, Y plates):

a) Wednesday to Friday (14 – 16 September), from 10am to 5pm and from 10pm to 6am

b) Saturday and Sunday (17 – 18 September), from midnight to 1pm

c) Monday (19 September), from midnight to 6am, 10am to 5pm and from 10pm to 6am

5. At other times, the single-lane access will be restricted to only taxis and vehicles with decals. The single-lane access will be closed to all vehicles when the race is ongoing on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
6. To ensure smooth traffic flow, traffic wardens will be deployed on site to direct traffic and assist the public. Road information and directional signs will also be put up in the vicinity to direct motorists.
7. Car parks at Suntec City, Millenia Singapore and Marina Square remain open to public subject to availability.

Non Operation of ERP Gantries during Race Week

9. As the ERP gantries may interfere with sensitive video transmission equipment used for the race, the following ERP gantries that are within the proximity of the race circuit will not be in operation. Vehicles going under these gantries during the specified dates and time will not be charged:
