27 February 2017 – A new feeder bus Service 381 operating between Punggol Bus Interchange and Punggol East will commence operations on Sunday 12 March 2017.  It will run daily between 0545hrs and 0035hrs, calling at two new pairs of bus stops along Punggol Central and Punggol East.

The new route will enhance accessibility between new housing developments in Punggol East to the key transport node at Punggol Bus Interchange and MRT Station. The service will also link residents with local amenities such as Punggol Plaza, Tebing Lane, Waterway Point and schools like Punggol Green Primary, Waterway Primary, Edgefield Primary and Punggol Secondary.  It will also improve inter-town connectivity between the eastern and western parts of Punggol Town.
