Service 807, the 77th new bus service introduced under the Bus Service Enhancement Programme (BSEP)[1], will begin operations in Yishun on Sunday, 15 October 2017.
2 Service 807 will operate out of Yishun Bus Interchange daily (including public holidays) from 5.30am to 11.30pm. The loop service will ply Yishun Ring Road, Khatib MRT Station, Yishun Avenue 5 and Yishun Street 71, providing commuters and residents with improved connectivity to key transport nodes at Yishun and Khatib, as well as key amenities such as North Point Shopping Mall, Junction Nine, Yishun Hawker Centre, Yishun Junior College and Chong Pang Market. A short variant of this service, Service 807A, will also ply the section from Yishun Bus Interchange to Khatib MRT Station during the morning peak period.
3 To further improve bus connectivity for commuters in the north, Service 860, the first bus service introduced under the BSEP, will be extended to Yio Chu Kang on the same day. Service 860 which currently plies within Yishun, will be extended to Yio Chu Kang via Springleaf and Tagore Industrial Estate, to improve local and inter-town connectivity between Ang Mo Kio and Yishun. The extended Service 860 will operate daily (including public holidays) from 5.30am to 11.30pm from Yishun Bus Interchange, and from 5.30am to 11.35pm from Yio Chu Kang Bus Interchange.
4 The attached Annex provides more details of the routes and bus stops which Services 807 and 860 will be calling at from 15 October 2017.
