CCCS Imposes Directions on Parties to Restore Market Contestability and Penalties to Deter Anti-Competitive Mergers

 

The Land Transport Authority (LTA) supports the Infringement Decision issued by the Competition & Consumer Commission of Singapore (CCCS) to Grab and Uber. The conditions within the Infringement Decision are in line with LTA’s ongoing review of the regulatory framework for the point-to-point sector, which aims to keep the sector open and contestable.
