A series of road closures affecting the Marina Centre area will take place from 12 September 2018 to 18 September 2018 to facilitate the setting up and dismantling of the race infrastructure.

2          Affected roads will be closed from 12.01am, 12 September for the set-up of race infrastructure. Affected roads will reopen progressively when the race is completed with all roads fully accessible by 5.30am, 18 September.

3          Motorists can use the following stretch of roads during the morning and evening peak hours:

4          Motorists can access the Marina Centre area via a single lane along Raffles Boulevard via Nicoll Highway (except for buses and vehicles with W,X,Y plates):

• 12 – 14 September, from 10am to 5pm and from 10pm to 6am.
• 15 – 16 September, from midnight to 1pm.
• 17 September, from midnight to 6am, 10am to 5pm and from 10pm to 6am.

5          Taxis will also be able to use the single-lane access at all times, except during the hours when the race is ongoing on Saturday and Sunday. In addition to the single lane road, motorists can also enter the Marina Centre area via Temasek Boulevard from Rochor Road (after exiting ECP) throughout the day.

6          To ensure smooth traffic flow, traffic wardens will be deployed on site to direct traffic and assist the public. Road information and directional signs will also be put up in the vicinity to direct motorists. Car parks at Suntec City, Millenia Singapore and Marina Square will remain open to public, subject to availability. Please refer to Annex A for details of roads that will be affected by the road closures and how motorists can access Marina Bay.

7          Information leaflets on the road access and public transport plans will be available at selected petrol stations, major public transport nodes and various developments in the Marina Centre area. The public can also access the LTA and MyTransport.SG websites for more information.

Non Operation of ERP Gantries during Race Week

8          As the ERP gantries may interfere with sensitive video transmission equipment used for the race, the following ERP gantries that are within the proximity of the race circuit will not be in operation.
