New Digital Service for ASEAN Public Service Vehicles

3        From 10 February 2020, LTA will also roll out a new digital service to enable owners of public service vehicles (i.e. buses and taxis) registered in ASEAN countries to apply for the ASEAN Public Service Vehicle Permit (PSVP) via the OneMotoring website (onemotoring.lta.gov.sg). The application must be submitted at least seven working days before driving into Singapore. This initiative will make it more convenient for vehicle owners, and will add to the suite of digital services currently available for foreign-registered vehicles:

a.     Online application of VEP/Autopass Cards for foreign-registered cars and motorcycles;
b.     Online application of Goods Vehicle Permits/Autopass Cards for ASEAN-registered goods vehicles; and
c.     Online updating of vehicle records for foreign-registered cars and motorcycles.

4        Vehicle owners can look forward to even greater convenience when online payment for and delivery of VEP/Autopass cards are made available in the near future.

5        Vehicle owners may refer to the online video guides on the OneMotoring website on the use of these digital services. Those who require assistance may also approach LTA’s Service Centre located at 34, Jalan Tun Abdul Razak Susur 1, 80000 Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia (open from 9am to 9pm daily), where digital kiosks are available for motorists to submit their applications.
