The public is reminded that a series of road closures affecting the Marina Centre and Padang area will take place from 28 September 2022 to 4 October 2022 to facilitate the setting up and dismantling of the race infrastructure for the Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix 2022.
2. Affected roads will be progressively closed from 12.01am, 28 September for the set-up of race infrastructure. All roads will be fully accessible by 5.30am, 4 October.
3. Motorists can use the following stretch of roads during the morning and evening peak hours:

4. Motorists can access the Marina Centre area via a single lane along Raffles Boulevard from Nicoll Highway or Temasek Boulevard (except for buses and vehicles with W, X, Y plates) between 12.00am to 1.00pm on 1 and 2 October.
5. Taxis will also be able to use the single-lane access at all times, except when F1 races are underway. However, in the event of high traffic volume, access to these roads may be restricted, except for police vehicles, emergency vehicles and vehicles with valid access passes.
6. As with previous years, traffic wardens will be deployed to direct traffic and assist the public to ensure smooth traffic flow. In addition to road information, directional signs will be prominently displayed in the vicinity to direct motorists. Car parks at Suntec City, Millenia Walk, and Marina Square will remain open to public, subject to availability. 7. Brochures on road access and public transport arrangements are available at major public transport nodes, developments in the Marina Centre area, and select petrol stations. Members of the public are strongly advised to use public transport and to plan their journeys ahead of time. They can refer to go.gov.sg/f1 for more information.
