The public is reminded of the road closures around the Marina Centre and Padang area from 18 to 24 September 2024 to facilitate preparations for the Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix 2024.
2. Affected roads will be progressively closed from 12.01am, 18 September 2024. They will be fully accessible by 5.30am, 24 September 2024.
3. Motorists can use the following stretches of roads which will be temporarily opened at selected hours on weekdays:

4. During the road closure period, motorists can still access the Marina Centre area via Rochor Road to Temasek Boulevard, or through a single lane along Raffles Boulevard via Nicoll Highway or Temasek Boulevard (except for buses and vehicles with W, X, Y plates) but only at the following timings:
18, 19, 20 and 23 September |

· 12.00am to 5.30am (All roads will be reopened from 5.30am) |
5. Taxis and motorcycles will also be able to use the single-lane access at all times, except during race hours. However, in the event of high traffic volume, access to these roads may be restricted, except for police vehicles, emergency vehicles and vehicles with valid access passes.
6. Auxiliary Police Officers will be deployed to direct traffic and assist motorists to ensure smooth traffic flow. In addition to road information, directional signs will be prominently displayed in the vicinity to direct motorists. Car parks at Suntec City, Millenia Walk, and Marina Square will remain open to public. Please refer to Annex A for details of road closures, and how motorists can access Marina Bay.
7. Members of the public are strongly advised to use public transport and to plan their journeys ahead of time. They can refer to https://go.gov.sg/f1 for more information. Information on access into the F1 circuit park and race schedule can be found on the Singapore Grand Prix website.
