Planned Enhancements under the BCEP in 2025

3.        For the remainder of 2025, we plan to launch 15 additional new services, as well as enhancements to existing bus services. For example, commuters can look forward to the following new services and enhancements in the coming months:

New Bus Services

i.    New Service 299 from Tampines North Bus Interchange, looping at Tampines South, to be introduced on 27 April 2025.
ii.   New limited-stop Service 21X between Whampoa and Novena starting 28 April 2025.

Please refer to Annex A for more details.

Service Enhancements

i.    Additional trips on existing City Direct Service 671 between Sengkang and the Central Business District (CBD).
ii.   Amendment of existing Service 292 to ply Tampines Street 11 in both directions.
iii.   New supplementary Service 230M for residents staying at Kim Keat Avenue to go to Toa Payoh Bus Interchange and MRT station.

These improvements are expected to be rolled out by June 2025, with more details to be shared closer to their implementation.

4.        As we grow our bus network to serve new needs, we will continue to spend our resources prudently. LTA will monitor travel patterns and feedback from the community and adjust bus services as needed to serve commuters across different parts of Singapore.
