The Land Transport Authority (LTA) has completed its latest review of Electronic Road Pricing (ERP) rates.
2. There will be a school holiday discount of ERP rates at six locations for 18 specified time periods during the June school holiday period from 2 June to 28 June 2026. These locations and time slots were identified in anticipation of lower traffic demand. The rates will revert to the prevailing ERP rates from 29 June 2026.
3. Based on LTA’s monitoring of traffic conditions in April 2026, traffic has built up along various stretches of expressways. To manage congestion, ERP rates at these locations will be increased by $1.00 with effect from 29 June 2026. Motorists are encouraged to plan their journeys and consider alternative routes.
4. A summary of the ERP rate changes are below:

Managing Congestion in Orchard
5. As announced in March, LTA has been closely monitoring traffic conditions and is considering reinstating ERP operations for the Orchard area, which has been unpriced since April 2020. Speeds within Orchard have persistently remained below optimal since October 2025. If road congestion deteriorates further next quarter, LTA will resume ERP operations for the Orchard Cordon.
6. Rates for the other previously announced timeslots/gantries remain unchanged.
7. LTA will continue to monitor traffic speeds and congestion levels closely and assess if ERP rates need to be further adjusted.
