Alexandra Ng, Manager, Engineering Interface Management

"My career in LTA has been richly rewarding. It has been a privilege to work with colleagues, supervisors and leaders who have supported and guided me. Every step in my career has been full of learning experiences and takeaways that have been invaluable for my professional and personal development."

Zulfadli bin Abdul Latiff, Executive Project Engineer, Rolling Stock Projects

"LTA gives young engineers like me the chance to learn something new every day. It is rewarding to apply and grow my expertise. When I was testing and commissioning rolling stock vehicles, it was very fulfilling to exercise my technical skills and make informed judgments. The work is also very dynamic and exciting. There are always new scenarios to handle so there is always scope to learn and grow my knowledge."

Luo Siyun, Senior Engineer, Rail Design Development

“I truly appreciate what I learnt during my LTA attachment during my undergraduate days. The assignments were challenging and provided me with a better understanding of the work in LTA. After joining LTA, I have benefitted from the opportunity to rotate across divisions and be involved in projects outside of civil engineering. I attended an overseas course in Korea on its railway policy and safety systems. It was enlightening and eye-opening to work with people from other disciplines. More importantly, we took what we learnt to create better journeys for commuters in Singapore. That was very gratifying."
