MSI Global was set up in 1995. As the commercial arm of the LTA, it leverages experience amassed by the LTA to provide consultancy expertise in a wide range of strategic land transport management matters.
 

EZ-Link Pte Ltd

EZ-Link Pte Ltd was established in 2002. It issues ez-link cards, the contactless smartcard that is used widely in Singapore for paying fares on public buses and MRTs. EZ-Link is regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore and the Public Transport Council.
 

Transit Link Pte Ltd

Transit Link Pte Ltd was incorporated on 16 November 1987 and became an LTA subsidiary in 2010.

It is the exclusive transit merchant acquirer for Singapore's public transport system. It processes transit transactions and apportion revenue to the Public Transport Operators, provide card sales, refunds and replacements and top-ups of stored value smartcards.
 

EV-Electric (EVe) Charging Pte Ltd

EV-Electric (EVe) Charging Pte Ltd was established in 2022 to work with EV charging point operators and orchestrate the roll-out of Singapore’s public EV charging infrastructure.
