When the lights are not working, members of this crack team get to work quickly. It takes as little as two hours for more urgent cases to get the street lights powered up and good to glow again.
The alert could come from daily patrols by LTA officers and contractors, public feedback, and our latest secret weapon — the new Remote Control and Monitoring System (RCMS).
