To ensure our road system in Singapore is designed and constructed with a high level of safety for all road users, LTA has implemented the Project Safety Review (PSR) (Safe-To-Use) process in our road-related projects since 2000. It is a check-and-balance process which systematically identifies and mitigates road safety hazards throughout the projects' lifecycle.
