LTA’s construction projects adhere to Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) best practices, and there are strict requirements in place to promote safe work practices at all our construction sites. We advocate a safety first mindset throughout our organisation to strengthen workplace safety among our staff and contractors.
The Corporate Safety & Health Policy Statement (PDF, 114kB) sets out our mission, and the importance of safety and health of our employees and road, rail and public transport users. Our Environmental Policy Statement (PDF, 105kB) sets the overall direction and provides the framework for LTA’s environmental management system. It includes LTA’s on-going green office practices and continued improvements on our environmental management practices.
We enforce construction safety and sustainability through our policies, vendor requirements as well as awards and partnerships.
