Transport Infrastructure
Extensive research and care has been taken to plan and build the right infrastructure to ensure convenient, efficient and comfortable transportation across the island. Here’s the breakdown in numbers of our transportation network.
Point-to-Point Sector
LTA monitors the performance of operators in the Point-to-Point (P2P) transport sector and manages the issuance of vocational licences for taxi, private hire car and bus drivers. Various tools are used to assess operators' service standards and to measure the supply of drivers and vehicles.
