The Safe Riding Programme (SRP) aims to equip you with the knowledge and skills to ride safe to ensure safe and harmonious journeys for yourself and other commuters. The programme is open to cyclists and users of personal mobility devices (PMDs) such as electric scooters. 

The SRP comprises of a guidebook and practical session.

Are you a safe rider? The 90-minute SRP practical session covers the must-have components from the syllabus. Trainers will guide you through a fun training circuit where you will practise essential skills to ride safe and learn the new rules and code of conduct under the Active Mobility Act. 

The SRP practical session is free to the public till end 2019 and is now available to those who ride bicycles or PMDs. Devices and helmets will be provided for use during the session.
