Improving our Service Standards

Quality of Service is an important measure for our public transport system. We release monthly data on buses and trains to examine your needs and expectations, and to evaluate our methods and services.

Our vision is to provide a system that meets the needs and demands of a dynamic and growing city, with a population that will increasingly expect high standards in service and infrastructure.

To achieve that vision, all our public transport operators must adhere to the Operating Performance Standards, and the Service Provision standards set out by LTA and the Public Transport Council.
